千百年來《福爾摩沙》海洋之島，孕育了豐富的天然資源及多元的人文藝術。「十」字代表著鼓棒交疊，匯集十方的能量，共同凝聚團結的力量。

關於樂團

十鼓擊樂團成立於2000年春天，『傳創台灣本土文化，發揚鼓樂藝術薪傳』是樂團最大發展目標。多年來，樂團傳創的音樂作品深受觀眾的喜愛，以在地的題材、風景、多樣化民族擊樂的元素，豐富了傳統擊樂原有面貌。

十鼓擊樂團亦秉持：傳創本土擊樂、普及全民鼓術、落實人本教育、開啟多元智慧、推動特教啟蒙，廣納世界文化，為推廣鼓樂藝術之宗旨目標。

由於台灣長期以來淪為殖民地，沒有真正屬於自己的鼓術。團長有感於台灣千百年來的鼓術一直都沒有自己的根，所以一心想打造一套真正屬於台灣的鼓術音樂——因為，沒有共同對台灣文化的珍惜，就沒有共同的未來。

「十鼓」以文化的力量串連起城市運轉的特色及風格，2007年於台南縣仁德鄉成立「十鼓文化村」，更進一步朝打造『亞洲鼓樂交流平台』的文化發展目標努力，期望使台灣在世界上成為著名的【鼓樂之島】。

帶領前往美國休士頓 Miller Outdoor Theatre（米勒戶外劇場）海外公演

Led an overseas performance at the Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston, USA.

製作《道 TAO》年度公演，於台南億載金城演出

Produced the annual performance "TAO" at Yi Zai Jin Cheng Fort, Tainan.

進駐嘉義文創園區，推出十鼓嘉創定目劇《囱擊劇場》

Established a resident theater production, "Chimney Strike Theatre," at the Chiayi Cultural & Creative Industries Park.

2016.10

受國家兩廳院邀請，與歐陸劇場巨擘、ATTIS劇團藝術總監暨國際劇場奧林匹克委員會主席狄奧多羅斯・特爾左布勒斯（Theodoros Terzopoulos）跨國合作《酒神的女信徒》，擔任鼓樂創作暨演出，於國家兩廳院藝文廣場（戶外）演出

Invited by the National Theater & Concert Hall to create drum music for and perform in "The Bacchae," in collaboration with Theodoros Terzopoulos, Artistic Director of ATTIS Theatre and Chairman of the International Committee of the Theatre Olympics — performed at the National Theater & Concert Hall Main Plaza.

創立花蓮文創園區，推出十鼓花創定目劇《雙旋轉劇場／鼓動洄瀾》

Founded the Ten Drum Hualien Repertory Theater.

2014.07

製作電影《加油！男孩》，入圍2014第十屆堤川國際音樂電影節（JIMFF）最佳影片

Produced the film "Good Luck! Boy," selected as Best Film at the 10th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival.

2013

創作電影《加油！男孩》，並創作片頭、片尾主題曲，獲選加拿大台灣電影節開幕片

Created the film "Good Luck! Boy" and composed its opening and closing theme songs; nominated as the opening film of the Taiwan Film Festival in Canada.

2012

獲《經理人月刊》「2012台灣百大MVP經理人」，從4,500位企業經理人中選出百大經理人，並於創新品牌項目獲第一名

Selected by Manager Magazine as "MVP Manager" (Top 100, from 4,500 candidates) — ranked No.1 in the Innovative Branding category.

作品《神秘東方》（風潮音樂發行）獲台灣第23屆金曲獎提名

The album "Enchanting East" was nominated at the 23rd Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan.

2010

作品《鼓之島》（風潮音樂發行）獲美國第九屆獨立音樂獎、第52屆葛萊美獎（最佳世界傳統音樂獎）提名

The album "Drum Music Land" was nominated for the 9th Independent Music Awards (US) and the 52nd Grammy Awards — Best Traditional World Music Album.

2007

作品《十鼓 CD&DVD》（風潮音樂發行）獲台灣第18屆金曲獎「最佳民族樂曲專輯獎」提名

The album "Ten Drum CD & DVD" was nominated for "Best Ethnic Music Album" at the 18th Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan.

創辦十鼓文化村（內設鼓博館、鼓樂劇場×3，以及製鼓廠等設施）

Founded the Ten Drum Culture Village, equipped with a Drum Museum, three Drum Theatres, and a drum-manufacturing factory, among other facilities.

策劃1,899人演奏1,951面鼓，於台南市立體育場打破金氏世界紀錄，首次打開品牌知名度

Guinness World Record: the largest drum ensemble, consisting of 1,899 participants playing 1,951 drums, at Tainan Municipal Stadium, Taiwan — the brand's first major public exposure.

2004

創辦第一屆台灣國際鼓樂節，2008年正式更名為十鼓節

Founded the first Taiwan International Drum Festival, officially renamed the Ten Drum Festival in 2008.

2000

創辦十鼓擊樂團、十鼓教學中心；同年創辦第一屆全台鼓藝薪傳大賽，延續至今

Founded the Ten Drum Art Percussion Group and Ten Drum D.S.E.; also founded the first Taiwan Drum Heritage Contest, ongoing to this day.
