音樂無國界、音樂無界限！糖廠不只是糖廠，我們將賦予它更多不同的可能性！
十鼓擊樂團一路走來都以傳創臺灣鼓樂藝術、發揚臺灣擊樂文化為目標，而十鼓文創園區更是由十鼓擊樂團團長帶領著團員以及員工一手所打造出來的鼓樂藝術文創園區，因著一股希望打造園區成為臺南在地流行音樂基地的使命感，期望促進國內外搖滾、獨立音樂文化的交流、活化糖廠百年音量。為鼓勵創作屬於臺灣及世界各地文化音樂而努力著的音樂人，囪擊音樂祭便為此誕生了！
十鼓文創希望以糖廠最具代表性的煙囪及製糖工廠作為舞台背景，佐以糖業文化所帶來齒輪舞台為表現的據點，將百年工業遺產與新時代潮流劃上等號，將糖廠帶入『原創/搖滾/音樂』的新元素，創立一個青少年朝聖的天堂。也期待藉由樂團大賽的舉辦能為糖廠帶來全新的衝擊，創造出未來更多不同的新風貌！

Ten Drum Creativity Park was brought to life by the leader of Ten Drum Art Percussion Group, Mr. Hsieh, and his fellow members. The Group aims to promote Taiwan local culture and drum arts. In order to achieve its objectives, Ten Drum thus proposes this international competition for all music composers to enhance the exchange between different cultures and ideas.
Ten Drum hopes to combine the old refinery and the symbolic chimney with modern elements to present a brand new experience to the younger generation. Held at the Stage of Gears, we hope this event will bring vitality to the old structures, and establish a friendly environment for creativity and inspiration.
